Terms of Service
Effective August 31, 2026
These terms govern use of BarStaff, an independent-bar staffing and operations service provided by AxleIQ LLC. By creating an account or using BarStaff, you agree to these terms.
Using BarStaff
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use BarStaff only for lawful workplace and business purposes. Managers are responsible for deciding who may join their workspace and what role each member receives.
Subscriptions and trial
New manager-created workspaces may receive the free trial described at signup. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at the price presented during checkout. Subscription billing is processed by Stripe. A manager may manage or cancel billing through the available billing portal; cancellation takes effect according to the billing terms shown there.
Your content
You keep ownership of the bar names, logos, schedules, notes, events and other content you submit. You give BarStaff permission to host and process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service.
Workplace decisions
BarStaff is a coordination tool. Employers and managers remain responsible for scheduling decisions, wage and hour compliance, payroll, staffing levels, workplace policies, employee communications and any legal obligations that apply to their operation. BarStaff does not provide payroll, legal, tax or HR advice.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another bar’s data, interfere with the service, bypass billing or security controls, upload malicious material, misuse another person’s account, or use BarStaff to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
Service availability
We work to keep BarStaff reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, internet failures, provider outages or other reasons. Features may be improved, changed or discontinued as the product develops.
Warranty and liability
BarStaff is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. AxleIQ LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using BarStaff at any time. We may suspend access for material misuse, security threats, nonpayment or violation of these terms. Workspace data may be retained for a reasonable period for security, recovery, billing and legal purposes.
Privacy
Use of BarStaff is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
